This Monday, Conchita Wurst shocked his fans while acknowledging who it was carrying the VIH.

At least 32,000 fans discovered on his account instagram the truth, that which had gained Eurovision in 2014 for Austria with “Rise Like has Phoenix” is carrying the VIH.

It has specified to suffer from the virus for several years and its “coming–out” is especially with a form of blackmail. One of his/her ex–friends indeed threatened it to make this information public. Conchita Wurst preferred to be solved there rather than to leave this care to a third, as he explains it in his message.

“I am in good health and I stronger, more am motivated and more released than ever”, 29 years ensured the Austrian diva, who specified that the HIV in its organization was “since many years and without interruption under the threshold of detection”.

He also hopes that its gesture “will give courage and be a new measurement against the stigmatization of people who were infected by the VIH by their own behavior or without it being their fault”.
