Toulouse International Fair: TAT Productions Attracts Visitors to the 92nd Edition

The Toulouse International Fair concluded its very positive year, which closed yesterday with 112,000 visitors, exceeding the MEETT organizers’ projections.

At the 92nd Toulouse International Fair, from April 18 to 27, 2025, a Toulouse gem is in the spotlight.

For the occasion, the renowned Toulouse-based animation studio, TAT Productions, is being honored, just days before the release of its brand new project.

The Toulouse International Fair is more than just an exhibition! A few new features await visitors. There will be the Inn’Occitanie Village, a space dedicated to the region’s innovations, « highlighting creations that are at once unusual, eco-friendly, and often second-hand, » add the organizers. Nearly 40 artisans, designers, and inventors specializing in sustainable fashion will be present.

Remember, last year, a retro-themed exhibition awaited visitors, with a journey through a house from the 1960s and 1970s. This year, there’s a change of artistic direction! Immersion in the world of TAT Productions, the famous Toulouse animation studio, known for films like « The Jungle Bunch » and its brand new series created by Alain Chabat, « Asterix and Obelix: The Battle of the Chiefs, » which will be on Netflix starting April 30.

To celebrate the studio’s 25th anniversary, « from the initial character sketches to the final animation, and even the stages of the creative process frame by frame, » will be on display, according to the organizers. All this will be showcased through interactive sets, models, and fun workshops.

From April 18 to 27, 2025, more than 112,000 visitors thronged the aisles of MEETT, the Toulouse Exhibition Center, Convention and Congress Center, far exceeding the organizers’ expectations. The atmosphere was high from the opening day, marked by a fireworks display that kicked off ten days of excitement, discovery, and conviviality.
