The Mas de la Comtesse takes care of the breeding in herds; Animals, bulls and horses are bred almost freely.

The bulls and horses of the Mas de la Comtesse herd graze near the medieval town of Aigues-Mortes and near the Tour Carbonnière marshes, a tourist site in the Gard Petite Camargue.

Vincent Milla, manadier of the Mas de la Comtesse, his family and staff from the Manade welcome visitors. The principle of the Manade is to raise bulls and horses practically in their wild state.

Their exploitation is located at Chemin de la Vieille, Chemin de la Grande Roubine in Aigues-Mortes, next to the Salins, the pink flamingos and the Vignobles de Listel.

The Mas de la Comtesse offers day visits to see black bulls and white Camargue horses. These discovery days are outings for families and all types of tourists.

La Manade offers various events where the public can taste traditional dishes such as bull Gardiane accompanied by Camargue rice, bull sausage, bull terrine, bull on the spit, paella, as well as all the other dishes offered by the regional cuisine.

River cruises offer visits along the Canal du Rhône à Sète from Aigues-mortes. These allow you to discover the ponds, the meadows of Cailar, the birds, on the South and North side, the slopes of the Costières with a polyculture associated with viticulture as well as arboriculture.

Several lodgings, guest rooms are located near the Manade for those who would like to spend a few days there to discover La Petite Camargue.
