In addition, his father is locked in silence. It feels completely out of step, out of whack. Nostalgia awaits him, pushes him to look back on his past and envisage the future differently, more freely.
This man then decides to release his word. He tries to free himself from his shackles due to right-thinking society. He decides to talk, to renew contacts, to get out of this monotony that was his life. He starts talking to his father, he finds one of his former high school girls with whom he exchanges. His youth and outspokenness take him out of his shackles.
