The 28th Salon du chocolat will be held from October 28 to November 1, 2023, at Porte de Versailles, showcasing know-how and artistic creation.

For 28 years, visitors have come every year to stroll through the fragrant aisles of the Mondial du chocolat. On the program: tastings, demonstrations, and above all its incredible parade of dresses made from chocolate.

Like a ritual, the parade of designer dresses opens the Salon du chocolat, this Friday, October 27, 2023. This year several personalities are taking part in the game, such as the weather presenter Gennifer Demey, the Australian choreographer Katrina Patchett, the adventurer Laurent Maistret, or even influencer Juju Fitcats. The models will carry out three passages: one passage alone, a second with the designers, before a final bouquet presenting all of the dresses.

If the parade is important, it is above all there to present the exceptional work carried out by chocolatiers and pastry chefs.

With 250 exhibitors present at the show, there are numerous spaces where you can taste exceptional chocolate. On two floors, visitors will be able to wander freely, not to mention the organization of competitions around chocolate charlotte or pain au chocolat.

The Salon du chocolat takes place from October 28 to November 1 at the Porte de Versailles in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Many master pastry chefs will be present, including Nina Métayer who has just been crowned best pastry chef in the world 2023.
