On January 25, the Château du Haut-Buc hosted the highly anticipated Serbia Fashion Day 2025, an event orchestrated with meticulous care and impeccable quality. Under the high patronage of Mrs. Tamara Vučić, First Lady of Serbia, and with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, this evening was a vibrant tribute to the visionary Nikola Tesla and the richness of Serbian culture.
The ceremony opened with welcoming speeches by the organizers and a guest of honor, followed by a highlight: the presentation of book collections dedicated to the scientific work of Nikola Tesla, intended for the school libraries of Buc. This gesture illustrated the commitment to transmitting the legacy of the famous inventor to future generations.
The fashion show then transported guests into Tesla’s creative universe, with collections inspired by his genius. Among the featured Serbian designers, Nataša Šarić presented her collection “Nikola Tesla over time”, while Marija Šabić captivated with “2B Tesla” and Bata Spasojević impressed with “3 6 9 Tesla”.
Innovative pieces, such as Zepter International’s “Tesla Hyperlight Eyawar” collection and Jelena Mandic Urijell’s unique creations, also marked the event.
The organizer should be highlighted, with a special mention for the Federation of Young Serbians in Europe. Their involvement in logistics and translation was crucial to ensure the smooth running and success of the evening. Thanks to their efforts, Serbia Fashion Day 2025 ran smoothly, providing an immersive and authentic experience for all participants.
Serbia Fashion Day 2025 at Château du Haut-Buc masterfully celebrated the legacy of Nikola Tesla and the richness of Serbian culture, while strengthening the cultural ties between Serbia and France.
