Chantal Péninon and Denis Tison are making up for time at the Crossroads

“Welcome to Madame Lefort (…) People come and come back again. At Madame Lefort, everything is done for your comfort ”.

Madame Lefort is a retired woman. To supplement her meager pension, she rents one of the rooms in her very pleasant apartment for short periods. This is the case with Mr. Robin. But after his few days of business, he wants to extend his stay. Widowed and childless, although a bit old maid in her habits, Madame Lefort accepts; his presence and his company being appreciated. They sit around the dining room table. They’re meeting. Their exchanges bring them together although they are diametrically opposed. From generalities to current affairs, everyone begins to talk about themselves, to tell their story. Confidences are unraveled. A game of seduction innocently interferes between them. They look for each other and turn around, evoking their love life, their suffering, their regrets, their nostalgia for this passing time, their loneliness. From a cup of tea to a glass of wine, Mr. Robin manages, however, and ingeniously, that Madame Lefort indulges more than he does. Why is he so eager for his tongue to come loose and reveal its secrets? Everyone has a past. So what does Monsieur Robin want to know? What are his real intentions? Is any truth, even painful, good to discover? Do years heal wounds, or on the contrary, do they ooze more? By words, will the ailments finally be able to find their antiseptic solution? In a game of twists and turns, you will have 1h15 to discover it against a backdrop of sarcastic humor …
