WORLD TATTOO 2024

For the 2024 edition of the Tattoo Planetarium there are nearly 500 tattoo artists from all over the world who offer more styles, techniques and influences to discover this art on February 2, 3 and 4, 2024 at the Grande Halle de la Villette in Paris. Each year, since its 10th anniversary in 2020, the convention has enjoyed increasing success thanks to the growing presence of the best tattoo artists in the world, the organization of tattoo competitions, concerts, DJ sets and artistic exhibitions. It’s also an opportunity to treat yourself to a tattoo.

This year, again under the leadership of Tin-Tin, more than 400 renowned artists from 30 countries revealed meticulous work of their works, “flash tattoos”, books and even prints. From realistic to neo-traditional tattooing to handpoke, we can find all styles and techniques. To get a tattoo during the salon, simply make an appointment during a time that interests you and choose the design; the hygiene conditions essential for creating a tattoo are scrupulously respected.

The Mondial du Tatouage is also the possibility of participating in the competition for the best tattoo. The jury is made up of renowned tattoo artists to select the most beautiful tattoo. Among them are Mark Mahoney, Kari Barba, Junko himada, Filip Leu, Luke Atkinson. A trophy is awarded for the most beautiful tattoo and the most beautiful tattooed receive a gift.

• Best of day 1. 2, 3
• Best of show

Exhibitions and performances are offered by artists and tattooists like Robert Hernandez and his skulls and portraits, Guil Zekri (figurative tattoo artist and director of the Cologne Academy of Fine Arts), Danny Boy and Indio Reyes (specialist of the “chicano” style), the Tattoo Writer (research project by journalist Pacal Bagot, specialist in tattooing in Japan, around the photographs of Akimitsu Takagi) put in the spotlight.

Regarding the 2 concerts, at the Mondial du Tatouage, the first (Amenra) was held on Friday and the second on Saturday, Hangman’s chair.

At the same time, at the stands of tattoo parlors and tattoo artists, we could find numerous stands and shops offering equipment for professionals (ink, tattoo machines, hygiene products, etc.) but also books on the art of tattooing. and goodies: t-shirts, jewelry, piercings, etc.

To rent a stand at Tattoo Planeterium 2024 and exhibit at the Mondial du Tatouage, you must contact the organization, book and come to the tattoo convention.

To come to the show, on February 2, 3 and 4, 2024, you could reserve tickets online or buy them on site. (reduced rate for 12-16 year olds). Possibility of purchasing a pass valid for 3 days. For those who wish, accommodation near the Grande Halle de la Villette is possible near line 5 or the Gare du Nord.
