After the Syndics of co-ownership, Edilink acquires Sendoc for businesses

Sendoc, an expert in setting up digital processes for businesses, is the acquisition that strengthens Edilink’s position in the 360° document management market.

A real race against time is underway in the mail management market, where the dematerialization of mail will take a new turn with electronic invoicing becoming mandatory for businesses, co-ownership syndicates, associations, SMEs and VSEs from 2026.

Sendoc and Edilink now have all the cards to successfully make the shift to digital, achieve external growth and take full advantage of the context of dematerialization that is becoming widespread on 360° management.

Sendoc takes care of digitizing all your documents and archives (pay slips, invoices, contracts, etc.). A real time and space saver, digitalization will allow you to take a first step towards dematerialization.

It helps companies access digital information based on the services recorded: purchasing, sales, human resources, legal and marketing, without waiting for the file to be found according to the services and the period, access is fast and efficient.

Edilink becomes the majority shareholder of Sendoc, 6 months after concluding the economic partnership with Ariane CapDev, to develop its services. A new operation, with the acquisition of Sendoc led by Entreprise & Décisions which supported Edilink in the negotiation, assembly and financing of the acquisition of Sendoc.

Denis Assié remains the director of Sendoc and increases the capital thanks to his reinvestment as well as Florian Assié, son of the director who becomes a shareholder.

“The operation strengthens Edilink’s digital presence, diversifies the sectors of activity and doubles the number of customers. This acquisition follows the OBO operation carried out in January 2024. Entreprise & Décisions will continue to support Edilink and Sendoc in their external growth”, specifies Patrice Klug, Managing Partner of Entreprise & Décisions.

For Edilink, the challenge is multiple, by strengthening its leading position among real estate players, while strengthening its expertise with VSEs, SMEs, ETIs and other sectors while having better coverage of the national territory.

Edilink has chosen Sendoc: together, the 2 companies will be able to better understand market developments and effectively anticipate future digital transitions, in particular with the obligation to use electronic invoicing which comes into force at the end of 2026.
