Julia Paris is a rising star of the French song. She just released her first album.
Last June, we noticed this young 23-year-old author, composer who had just released her first clip.

Julia Paris was born in Paris in 1996. She learns music (singing, harp and guitar) at the Légion d’honneur internat the internat. The 1970’s text songs and the country, will accompany him as a teenager and inspire his musical style.
Thanks to her talent for writing, she became the youngest lyricist in SACEM in 2010. To date, there are several hundred of his original compositions.
From 2017, she turned to writing shows in English (the 7 capital sins) and French (Edith Piaf). She then decided to integrate Claude Lemesle’s writing workshops. The following year, she worked with Universal Music artists including Chimène Badi.
Also in 2018, Alain Delon asked him to register one of his texts. He chooses « I only love you » and Rick Allison puts it into music. This beautiful experience with the actor makes him want to get into the interpretation.
Still independent, at the beginning of 2019, she created her own label called Productions Liberté®
It is with this label that she comes out with an EP of 4 titles (General Pretty Heart, Both I Will Arrive, One Man). His single, « Fugue en Italie », in collaboration with composer Yacine Azeggagh, was born on April 27, 2020. It is accompanied by a clip by graphic artists Marie Kawczynski and Antoine Chassin. There are over 1.3 million views so far on YouTube.
The Italian version
« Fugue en Italie » is a romantic song full of sun that reminds you of Dolce Vita. Our transalpine friends are seduced by this staging of the Amalfi Coast and the French version with subtitles. In Italy, it accounts for 35% of listeners and 20% in France. Following this success Julia decided to release on July 15, an Italian version to thank her audience. Author Margherita Oscuro makes the adaptation with a text tailored for Italians while keeping the original idea.
Julia Paris Summer
During the summer, Julia Paris made us forget the gloom of this period of crisis. She traveled the roads of Provence and Corsica to discover her world.
On July 24, she performed on the St Tropez Citadel stage for the 3rd edition of International Rosé Day. For a quarter of an hour, she performed her new titles with Yacine Azeggagh in front of 500 guests. On August 18th, head for the Ile de Beauté, where she chained her titles during the Summer White Party of the Saparella reserve. For an hour, tourists and locals shared a moment of tenderness and romanticism.
New adventures in the early morning
The start of the season is full of surprises, since she is preparing her first album « En Vol » which comes out at the beginning of October. It is also the opportunity to shoot the clip of the title « It would suffice from nothing » in collaboration with photographer Emanuele Scorcelletti. She is accompanied by the dancer Alice Valentin-Kermorvant.
The clip
The Italian photographer Emanuele Scorcelletti is the author of the clip « It would suffice from nothing ». Specialized in black and white, it is a specialty. The aim is to unlock melancholy and mystery, while working on contrast, purity of shapes and textures of the image. For the occasion, the photographer puts himself behind a camera to stage Julia and Alice.
The decor
Julia Paris is very attracted to aviation, flying an airplane is one of her hobbies. Based on this fact, the director of the clip took the hangar of the Fly&Fun association located at the Reims-Prunay aerodrome as the setting. Song and dance mix with the L-39 Albatros of Patrol Fly&Fun. These aircraft are military training devices built by the Czechoslovak firm Aero Vodochody.
The Fly&Fun Association aims to promote aviation activity and the preservation of aviation heritage by offering its members activities on the theme of former military and civilian aircraft, by bringing together equipment and knowledge from aviation enthusiasts.
History
Dressed in a black trouser tailor from the « Admitted Paris » house, Julia embodies the elegance of modern women. The black and white images are timeless and take us into a dream by taking us on a journey while talking about love, all in a pure decor highlighted by the volutes of Alice Valentin-Kermorvant.
The album
This first album is composed of 7 titles composed by Julia Paris. The music is by Yacine Azeggagh. « In Flight » includes ballads and « up tempo » titles. The album takes listeners into the singer’s own adventures. It’s also a nod to his passion for aviation.

Provision at the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Paris
On October 16, Julia attended the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Paris as part of the project « Musical Encyclopedia ». Christelle Loury, the French winner of the International Festival of vocal music in Russia, « The Road to Yalta » and Maestro Andrei Shevchuk surrounded him.
On this occasion, they presented the history of the French and Russian song and examined the origins of modern music (operetta and music hall, popular melodies, romances and folk music). In addition, Andrei Shevchuk gave a lecture on the history of Russia in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. He mentioned the world of music in reference to the « Roaring Twenties », the pop stars appreciated in Russia ( Yves Montand, Mireille Mathieu..)
An online concert of the « Russian musical heritage in France » cycle was broadcast. The Russian conductor chose « A Century of Song » as the theme for his live concert at CRSC. .. Christelle Loury, accustomed to scenes from different regions of Russia, has performed great classics of the French song. Julia Paris presented to the public « It would be enough of nothing », the flagship title of her latest album « En vol ».
With the release of this first album, the headline title is present on many platforms and Julia is at the center of several articles.
