WeCanDance: an angel with the wings of happiness 10 years of existence

This Sunday, June 19, took place in Balard at the Parc André Citroën, in the 15th arrondissement in Paris, an outdoor show offered by the dance company Wecandances.

“Wecandance” is a new concept created by Chris Lefèvre-Malmanche, it is an activity related to leisure, fun, sport but above all artistic.

In this concept, people are not students but enter the skin of dancers and in his workshops and not his classes as he likes to point out, he is a choreographer and not a dance teacher.

WeCanDance participated in the telethon in December 2021, with the first edition of the show “the wings of happiness”, which took place on June 27 in the “André Citroën” park.

At the end of the course, the reward is the big show that lasts one hour on the theme of the year outdoors in the form of a flash mob. This year the theme chosen is the wings of happiness 2nd edition, the show took place on the large central stage located in the André Citroën park.

All the dancers of the company are novices or amateurs, the age range goes from 20 to 69 years old, we find dancers of all trades, from doctor to lawyer, from saleswoman to mother, etc… The goal is not to make them professional but to make them flourish by sharing this art.

See you next year with a new show and a different theme created by the dance company “WeCanDance”.
