Nikol Pachinian was received by Emmanuel Macron, the Armenian community in France and MEDEF

A governmental delegation arrived to France, directed by the Prime Minister Nikol Pachinian, for a two days official visit.

Armenian the Prime Minister Nikol Pachinian arrived at Paris where it must pay a two days visit to the invitation of president Emmanuel Macron, one month day for day before the behaviour at Erevan of the 17th top of the francophonie, or will take part the president of the Republic Français.

The Prime Minister Nikol Pachinian was received this Friday on September 14th in the Elysium for a discussion with French President Emmanuel Macron.

Emmanuel Macron stressed that its country was ready to continue the efforts aiming at developing a close co-operation with Armenia in various fields.

The Prime Minister declared his confidence in the development of the diplomatic relations arméno-Frenchwomen established during last years and wishes that they will continue to develop in all the fields of the regular political dialogue, interactive connections, the decentralized dynamic relations, the economic cooperation, cultural, educational, scientific, the health care and other fields, as well as a rather complete legal framework. “I am convinced that our meeting will give a new quality to our privileged relations based on a secular historical friendship”.

He stressed the importance of the Summit of the Francophonie as Armenia and added that it was one of the most important events with Erevan since independence while reiterating the commitment of the authorities to ensure every success of the Summit by expressing its confidence which will increase the prestige and the influence of the Francophonie. Nikol Pashinyan attached importance to the French-speaking Economic forum which will be held in Erevan on October 10th which aims at promoting the contacts and the interactions between entrepreneurs.

The parts exchanged points of sights on the regulation of the question of Karabakh and the importance of its exclusively peaceful means within the framework of the OSCE Groups of Minsk. Nikol Pashinyan congratulated the countries copresidents, in particular the efforts of France aiming at ensuring peace and stability in the area. He stressed that Armenia was determined to continue the negotiations to arrive to a pacific regulation of the conflict.

Emmanuel Macron concluded an agreement on a complete program from the relations Armenia-France discussed in detail at the time of the next visit of State of the French president as Armenia.
Hardly arrived at Paris, Nikol Pashinyan laid a wreath with the monument of Komitas, paying homage to the victims of the Armenian genocide.

The Prime Minister dined with the representatives on the Armenian community in France, in particular of the deputies, the politicians, the personalities, the businessmen, the artists among whom were the mayor of Lyon, Georges Kepenekian, the assistant mayor of the 9th district of Paris Alexis Govcyian, Patrick Devedjian, the copresidents of the council of coordination of the Armenian organizations of France Ara Toranian and Mourad Papazian, the businessmen Daniel Kourkchyan, Serge Churuk, Alain Mikli, the footballer Yuri Jorkaeff and Alain Terzian. He noted in his speech, that the presence of the French community Armenian symbolized possible opportunities today as Armenia.

“What occurred as Armenia is rather easy to understand. The Armenian citizens found confidence in them. It is the key change which took place. Today, it also met the members of the Movement of the French companies MEDEF and called with investments as Armenia.
