Its spontaneous act, filmed Saturday, was seen million times on the social networks. In a few seconds, it climbed the frontage of a Parisian building to save a four year old child suspended with a balustrade on the 4th floor.
“All papers will be regularized”, the Head of the State during an exchange, diffused on his Facebook page ensured, with the 22 year old young man.
Out of jeans and white blouse with short sleeves, Mamoudou Gassama spoke during a few minutes with Mr. Macron in front of the cameras, before maintenance continues in private conversation.
It is an exceptional act, an act of heroism. I wished that one be able to make an exceptional decision for you”, the president said to very moved Mamoudou Gassama obviously. Emmanuel Macron added that it was about an exception because as a migrant not asylum–seeker, he should not have been regularized.
“One cannot give (papers) to all those which come from Mali, of Burkina Faso.
When they are in danger one gives asylum, but not for economic reasons”, he told him. “But for what concerns you, you did something of exceptional. Even if you did not reflect, it is an act of courage and force which makes the admiration of all”, the president said.
Shortly after the facts, the father of the child, was placed in police custody for “subtraction of a relative to his legal requirements”, one learned from legal source.
This morning was presented to the parquet floor of Paris to see itself notifying a convocation with a lawsuit in front of the magistrates‘ court envisaged in the next months, of the same source was specified.
The offence of “subtraction of a relative to his legal requirements” is punished 2 years of prison and of 30,000 euros fine.
