Held from February 21 to March 1, 2026, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the 62nd International Agricultural Show brings together key stakeholders from across the global agri-food ecosystem.
The event was officially inaugurated by French President Emmanuel Macron amid growing debates over agricultural policies, sanitary regulations and international trade dynamics affecting farmers worldwide.

Butchery skills competition returns
On February 23, 2026, the National Inter-Regional Butchery Competition returns, organised by the Confédération française de la boucherie.
Thirty-three butchers, divided into eleven regional teams, will compete in a four-hour technical challenge highlighting artisanal craftsmanship and meat processing expertise.
