Embraer is reinforcing its global Services & Support strategy through new agreements spanning Europe, Asia and Australia. The Brazilian aerospace company continues to strengthen long-term partnerships across both defense and commercial aviation, highlighting the growing importance of integrated lifecycle support.
In Europe, Embraer signed a service agreement with the Hungarian Air Force to support its C-390 Millennium fleet. The contract includes maintenance, logistics and technical assistance leveraging Embraer’s European footprint. Hungary, the second NATO operator of the C-390, became the first country to receive all contracted aircraft. Since entering service in late 2024, the fleet has achieved a mission completion rate above 99%.
In Southeast Asia, Embraer is advancing discussions with Thai Aviation Industries (TAI) to establish a future authorized service center in Thailand. The initiative aims to enhance in-country maintenance capabilities for the Royal Thai Armed Forces’ ERJ135 fleet and may be implemented by the end of 2026. The partnership also opens opportunities for future platforms, including the KC-390 Millennium.
Meanwhile in Australia, regional carrier Airnorth has renewed and expanded its long-standing partnership with Embraer through a multi-year support agreement covering its E170 and E190 fleet under Embraer’s Pool Program. The agreement ensures comprehensive component support, repair management and parts availability — critical for operations across remote and operationally complex routes in Northern Australia.
Together, these agreements demonstrate Embraer’s ability to deliver not only advanced aircraft platforms, but also a robust global support ecosystem designed to enhance operational readiness, cost efficiency and long-term customer value.
