The MILIPOL Paris international trade fair was held from November 19 to 22, 2019 at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center.
This is the 21st edition of this biennial fair organized under the aegis of the French Ministry of the Interior.
During four days, meetings and debates followed one another around public and industrial security.
MILIPOL Paris welcomed, during the last edition in 2017, 1,000 exhibitors from 53 countries, nearly 30,000 visitors from 151 countries and 161 official delegations from 77 countries.
It is an official event dedicated to professionals. It provides state-of-the-art technological intelligence in the field of public security and the fight against crime.
The exhibitors present the latest innovations, products and services related to Major Risks but also to prevent and protect, ensure security and surveillance.
The free conferences dealt with the following themes:
– Private security. Security management of major events. The 2024 Olympic Games.
– Digital identity, border control. Fight against terrorism. cybersecurity
– AI and predictive analysis. Civil security and crisis management.
Securing public spaces, smart cities and communities.
Demonstrations and workshops were offered by exhibitors.
Awards, the MILIPOL Innovation Awards, have been presented in various fields, ranging from drones to cybersecurity.
This Fair first allowed the exchange of information and networking in the internal security sector, before extending to the fields of civil protection and major risks.
The various stands presented technological innovations for the security of people and goods and offered States solutions and services to protect their population in areas as varied as bank or fiduciary security, the oil and gas sector, the fight against organized traffic, port and airport security …
In 2020, MILIPOL will be held in Qatar.
