PFW 2025: Chanel Redefines Elegance

Chanel lit up Paris Fashion Week with its Autumn-Winter 2025/26 ready-to-wear collection, presented in the majestic Grand Palais. Under the artistic direction of Matthieu Blazy, the iconic house combined tradition and modernity, delivering a show that was both poetic and bold.

The collection revisited Chanel’s iconic codes with a fresh perspective. Silhouettes are airy and light, playing with layering, low waists, and flowing fabrics. Organza bows, oversized pearls, and delicately placed camellias subtly recall Gabrielle Chanel’s heritage while infusing a resolutely contemporary spirit.

Colors ranged from deep black and pure white to delicate pastel shades, accented with metallic and shimmering touches. Varied textures – reimagined tweed, fluid satin, transparent organza – give the pieces both visual and tactile appeal, catching the eye with every movement.

The Grand Palais was transformed into a magical theater: giant black ribbons, inspired by Chanel’s signature knots, floated in the space, creating a setting both graphic and poetic. Enveloping music and subtle lighting amplified the dramatic effect, immersing the audience in a universe where every detail paid homage to timeless elegance.

The show welcomed over 2,000 guests, including cinema and fashion icons such as Nicole Kidman, Marion Cotillard, Margot Robbie, and Lily-Rose Depp. The audience’s enthusiasm and standing ovations confirmed that Chanel remains an unmissable reference in haute couture and ready-to-wear.
